  8. Icon Digger 2000 allows you to extract icons from DLL, EXE, and ICL files.
  9. You simply browse through an Explorer-like file list, and whenever Icon Digger finds an icon, it is displayed in a viewing window. You can then double-click the image to save it as an ICO file in the folder of your choice, or you can copy it to the Clipboard.
